General Return Policy
At Puritas, we ensure strict hygiene and purity standards for all our cold-pressed oils, superfoods, and wellness supplements. Due to the consumable nature of our entire product catalog, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been delivered.
Accepting returns on wellness ingestibles risks contamination and compromises our quality-first promise. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain absolute integrity across all our goods.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items
We use premium, heavy glass bottles and secure packaging, but understand that transit handling can occasionally be unpredictable. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong product, we are fully committed to resolving the issue immediately.
How to claim a replacement or refund:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email support@puritas.in with your Order ID.
- You must provide visual evidence. Attach clear photographs of the broken glass, leakage, or incorrect product. An unboxing video is highly recommended.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will immediately process a free replacement order. If a specific product is temporarily out of stock, we will issue a full refund for that specific item.
Order Cancellations
We dispatch orders very swiftly to ensure you get your products on time. Order cancellations are strictly allowed only before the order has been dispatched from our facility.
If you need to instantly cancel your order, please do not email us. Instead, immediately contact our support hotline or WhatsApp priority line. Once an order is marked as "In Transit" with Shiprocket, we can no longer cancel it.
Refund Processing Timeline
In the exact scenarios where a refund is approved (e.g. out-of-stock replacement or successful pre-dispatch cancellation), the refund logic follows Medusa and Razorpay protocols:
- Pre-paid via Razorpay: Your refund will be initiated back to the original source account (UPI, Credit Card, Netbanking). It typically reflects in your bank account within 5–7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
- Cash On Delivery: Since no initial money was exchanged electronically, if a COD order fails delivery or is rejected, no refund is technically applicable. Overly rejecting COD orders limits future COD privileges on your account.
