Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification precisely when your order has been dispatched from our facility.
Because our cold-pressed oils are carefully nitrogen-purged and our supplements are properly sealed to retain maximum bioavailability, our dispatch team ensures strict quality control before handing your package over to the courier.
Delivery Timelines
We partner with reliable logistics services (via Shiprocket) to ensure safe delivery across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 – 7 Business Days
- Remote Locations (North East, J&K, etc.): 7 – 10 Business Days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, unexpected courier operational issues, or regional public holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer transparent, simple shipping rates based on your order total:
- Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping across India.
- Orders under ₹999: A standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on pincode weight) is applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders regardless of the order total.
Breakage & Damages During Transit
As premium wellness distributors, we use heavy glass bottles for our cold-pressed oils to prevent plastic leaching and preserve purity. While we use robust 5-ply corrugated packaging and ample cushioning, glass is inherently fragile.
If you receive a package that appears severely damaged or leaking:
- Do not accept the delivery from the courier if the damage is visible externally.
- If accepted, please record an unboxing video showing the unbroken seal and the leakage/breakage.
- Email the unboxing evidence to support@puritas.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement for the damaged goods.
